Ari was fantastic, he was able to identify the issue with my hard drive and offered couple of options. It's just I didn't think the data were worth the recovery fee. Otherwise, Ari was nice and accomodating.

Ari was amazing. He was able to recover everything on my camera sim after I had “formatted the sim” and deleted everything. Put it all onto a USB cost about $400 and took less than 2 days. Couldn’t be happier to have back our holiday photos. 100% would recommend. Many thanks
