At Total Data Recall we have made submitting your drive for recovery a simple process. Simply complete the form below following our packaging instructions. We will book the job in and when the drive arrives we will contact about the progress of the job.

Portable hard drive and external hard drive.

Place the hard drive into a cardboard box, If available use some bubble wrap to place around the drive, Label the package with our details.

Internal hard drive from desktop or notebook.

Place the hard drive in a cardboard box and then wrap in some bubble wrap, avoid wrapping the drive directly in any kind of plastic bag.

Label the package

Please ensure the drive is labeled correctly.
